I wrote this story for a 25- word limit contest for the prompt 'ride in a taxi'
at Three Drawers Down writing group founded by Davi Mai at scribophile writers community. I didn’t win because there are always extraordinary entries competing with my amateur story.

"Nay! You may need them" he drove away with a smirk.

Fool! I thought.

Oh shit! I don't find my wallet.
