Two sentence Spooky Stories
Horror Fiction
I read spooky stories online to let the horror bug creep into my skin to evoke my thriller writing sense.
I don’t take credits to any of the first five two-sentence stories I share here obviously because it’s not mine but they inspired me to write my first two sentence story that you shall read at the end. I am planning to write more.
I find it more fun, interesting and indeed challenging.

I
I woke up to hear knocking on glass. At first, I thought it was the window until I heard it come from the mirror again.

A girl heard her mom yell her name from downstairs, so she got up and started to head down. As she got to the stairs, her mom pulled her into her room and said "I heard that, too."

I begin tucking him into bed and he tells me, “Daddy. Check for monsters under my bed." I look underneath for his amusement and see him, another him, under the bed, staring back at me quivering and whispering, "Daddy, there’s somebody on my bed."

My daughter won’t stop crying and screaming in the middle of the night. I visit her grave and ask her to stop, but it doesn’t help.

There was a picture in my phone of me sleeping. I live alone.
My First Two Sentence Horror Story:
Sleepwalking
Tomorrow, I shall ask my pay-guest to vacate my home immediately because chills run down my spine when I see her sleepwalk every night, and her huge banging on my door at 12 am sharp takes my breath away.
The next morning, I find this note stick to my door: Mrs. Holden, I am leaving your home because your spooky Halloween style sleepwalking and your crazy banging on my door @ 12 am sharp scare me to death, every single night.
